apartment neighbor next to me has two kids.
They jump, slam, throw toys and run loudly. It is during the day but I cannot handle the noise. I want to be upset and complain because no i cannot control others lives in apt units but good GOD. is it hard to teach your kid to play quietly?
would i be the ass hole fighting back?
