Long story short, I'm transgender and on Hormone Replacement Therapy and I'm fully aware this significantly impacts my fertility, and there is no guarantee it would fully restore if I where ever to ever stop taking HRT.
Long story short, I put very little consideration into gamete storage, I very quickly decided it wasn't worth the hassle and since then, despite not having sexual relationships (I know condoms would still be needed to prevent pregnancy) I've felt even more comfortable?
Like deep down I feel a sense of relief knowing the chances of ever having a child are almost non existent.
So the question was, has anyone else had a similar experience, e.g a medical condition or medication that effects fertility and not been remotely bothered, perhaps to the point medical professionals are confused about your lack of concern.
