I always get confused when I come across intelligent people with kids. What are your thoughts?
Edit (for clarity) - I would much rather intelligent parents to raise well rounded children/adults. This is ideal! - I just believe there are so many reasons not to have children, I find it hard to understand why intelligent people decide to have kids.
Further: - I do think a lot of people are misunderstanding my intentions with this post. I’m not saying people have to ‘think the way I think’ or that I have ‘confirmation bias’…. I posed a question, not really stating a definitive opinion… just wanting to start a conversation. - because I have been hearing so much lately about the negatives of having kids (global warming, recession, overpopulation, wars, anti natalism beliefs etc) I’ve been curious about people who understand the severity of these factors and choose to have kids. This may have not been the best place to post this. - I honestly meant no malice in my post lol
