Devastated when anyone tells me they want kids..

In the last two years of my life, 8 friends have had newborns and another two are currently pregnant. As I become more and more isolated from them, something interesting has begun to happen...I feel completely devastated when someone tells me they want kids. These people could be friends, casual acquaintances, or even strangers! Does anybody else feel this?
