Feathers will not grow back

So I have one Americauna that got beat up pretty bad by our rooster who has since been moved to another farm - don't worry, he's alive and living his best life.
Since, her feathers won't grow back (2 months) and now look to be not growing on her wings. I looked close, no bugs that I can see but have deep cleaned the coop, regardless. (Black spots are because they found my recently watered bare seeding 🙄)
Is she getting picked on by the bigger ones? I'd hate to isolate her, but might need to. Thoughts:
