So I have some 1 year olds, and now some 3 month olds. They live in the same coop, bit separated from each other (for about 1 week so far).
We have let the youngins out into the coop during the day but the bigger ones (two in particular) don't let them leave the coop to the run or really let them leave where their confinement is.
Do we: A) continue until the youngins get bigger and are the exact same size B) keep them all together and they will eventually get along C) flip the switch and put the bossy ones in the smaller enclosure all the while poking fun at them saying "how do you like it?"
