A cold spring breeze rolls thru my half open car window. In front of me the sun shines on wildflower prairie and the songbirds sing and hop about the bushes.
I kill the engine and take a deep breath of fresh air to will my limbs to relax. Work has been awful and it isn’t done yet.
I sit alone in my car. One of three in the lot. Eating by myself and scrolling social media as I consume a highly processed combo meal to try and simulate a small joy in an otherwise grey day amidst a particularly grey stretch of days/weeks.
I’m your typical guy next door. I go to work, pay taxes, and commute to the suburbs. I’ve always had this lingering fantasy but never acted on it.
Maybe you’ve got a lingering fantasy too… maybe you see the handsome unassuming professional man smile as you pull into the parking space near his. Maybe you linger near your car as you get ready to take a walk so he can eye you longer.
I’m 5’9 165lbs and in decent shape. I have a short beard, short light brown hair and brown eyes.
Maybe we can chat and coordinate a time to share some fresh air and lunch..?
