Hi everyone!
I might be searching in the wronggggg place for this, but I figured I’d at least try.
I’m looking for a friend, preferably near-ish my age and any gender/expression, who will commit to going to the gym with me 3-4 mornings a week! Specifically to the LA Fitness in the neighborhood. If you have a membership, great! If not, mine allows for 1 buddy! And if you’re in the area, I could even pick you up!
The schedule I’m looking to follow is Tues/Thus/Fri/occasional Sat, starting at 7/7:30am. I don’t mind starting earlier, I used to train at 5am lol, but I can’t start later because I work at 9!
My overall goal is to just improve my fitness. I don’t have a weight loss goal and losing weight is not priority, but I don’t mind if that’s your focus! I’d like to build strength and increase my stamina. A couple years ago I was trained by a former powerlifter, and afterwards I joined a bodybuilding gym where I continued my training. So I could help with some of the big movements if you’d like! I just need someone to help with my drive and consistency 😅😅
