How often do you get called for an interview for a min wage job here?

Hey folks, just curious as a new resident, how often are you getting callbacks for interviews for minimum wage jobs here in Chicago? I've been applying around and wondering what the vibe is out there. Trying to figure out if I need to tweak my approach or if it's just a waiting game, so far Ive been trying to physically present myself to leave out a resume but Im not sure if its worth it. Any tips or insights would be awesome! Thanks!
