What are Bulls missing

I just started to watch NBA this season. My second fav team are the Bulls. Now all the media and NBA polls arent giving them much credit and hope for the ring. What are we missing? Why arent Bulls considered a serious contender this season? I mean we have a lot of great players. Levine, DeMar, Vukevic, Dragic, Durmmont, Terry seems promising. And If Lonzo comes back thats even a greater plus. Now I onow we arent the best at shooting 3s and that todays NBA is D-3 oriented but still. I see a lot of promise in the lineup. Where am I wrong? What do other teams have that we dont?
