Many may not know about Virtue, but its run by Greg Hall (Old brewmaster of Goose Island) and he is making cider sound exciting in my opinion. I have been waiting for their first release for awhile now, and finally its on tap in the city. It is already at Goose Island Clybourne, and is hitting Hop Leaf at 7pm on April 18th, and Greg Hall will be there.
Check out their twitter or Virtue Cider's website for more info. Also, heres a great interview with Greg about Virtue Cider, and there are more out there if you care to search.
