Hello, I’ve been looking through Zillow and other apartment sites and feel a bit overwhelmed. I’d love to work with a realtor or know if anyone has an apartment they’re listing that can meet my requirements. Looking to move in March, ideally March 15th but I know that’s not common, so flexible to March 1st.
About me: 26, work as a Sped teacher, above 700 credit (stays between 710-730), $67,000 income, no evictions/bankruptcy, no pets, don’t smoke, live alone
What I’m looking for: 1 bedroom (will do studio if it has good amenities), and in an area that is by Halsted or the red line (for work in old town). I currently live in lakeview but I’m willing to part ways to go more north as edgewater or even as south Bridgeport. Also willing to do wicker park. My top amenities are in unit laundry, dishwasher available, and AC (in that order of preference) but I understand not every apartment is perfect. With some private landlords, in the past, they let me move in mid month which I’d love to do, for a March 15th move in, but if not, then March 1st.
My budget is 1300 but willing to be flexible if apartment has good amenities.
Feel free to message me or comment if you’re interested in working together or in sharing your apartment information.
