Moving to Chicago area to accept a job with the Bulls. Credit is in mid 500s but only one negative mark (seriously not even a late payment) I disputed it with the collector and they sent me a letter indicating it’d be removed in up to 30 days but my job starts September 2nd. Anybody subleasing that we can bypass credit or will accept my credit as is? I’ve tried explaining to landlords but they’re asking for double deposit and I don’t have it. I’m movingggg. Help??

A little about me and what I’m looking for: college educated, great credit history besides the 1 collection, male, not looking for roommates, needs to be close-ish to the United Center, budget under $2400
