My girlfriend and I are in search of an apartment to sublease starting May 1st. We're hoping to find a place that fits the following criteria:

• Layout: Ideally, we're looking for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom setup. However, we're also open to a large 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment if it feels right.
• Budget: Our maximum budget is $2000 per month.
• Laundry: Having laundry facilities within the building is a must for us.
• Parking: A parking space would be a great bonus, but it's not a dealbreaker if not available.
• Lease Duration: We're looking to stay for at least 4 months, but we're flexible for longer periods. but we do not want anything less than 4 months.
• Location: We're pretty open when it comes to location. South Side, South Loop, West Loop, and Northside are all on our radar. We will also be considering places in the suburbs, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have something slightly outside the city.
