I’m a 27yo foreign national male that has been working near Ukrainian village for the past 3 years and am now looking for a studio, 1 bedroom or convertible that I can call home by April 8th, but willing to move in earlier if necessary. My budget would go up to 1800$ but less is always better. As a foreign national, I’m currently building my credit history, but I can show proof of income and/or bank settlement. Ideally I would be looking in the following areas by top to bottom priority:

• Ukranian Village, East Village, Noble Square
• West town, River West
• Wicker park, Bucktown, Palmer Square

Features I’d like:

• Natural Lighting
• In-unit laundry
• Relatively close to CTA stop
• balcony/patio
