The Race to Wrigley will be next Saturday, October 2nd. The course starts on Addison just west of Racine, runs west on Addison to Ravenswoods, north to Irving Park, east to Sheffield, south to Clark and Newport, and then north to finish at Cornelia.

• There will be no parking along the course, and cars will be towed beginning at 3 am Saturday morning.

• There will be no crossing the course, beginning at the race start. Streets will be reopened as the race passes. If you need to exit or enter the area surrounded by the race course, the first egress point to be reopened will be at Southport and Addison at 8:30.

(I live on a dead end street off Irving Park. Last year we were not notified, and I was unable to cross the race, and was late to work. This year they put a flyer on my car, but I wanted to make sure this information is shared.)
