Free Places to Teach a Class?

Hi everyone! My wife is looking for a place to each a (edit: free) writing workshop for regular folks who might want to try their hand at writing some stuff.
She is trying to find a spot that is free (or very cheap), regularly available, and probably staff-supervised, like a community or senior center.
Anyone know about spots like that that you go to or have experienced a class at?
TLDR - need a spot for a class, looking for suggestions.
