This is kind of a shot in the dark but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. About 2 years ago I stumbled upon this restaurant in or around Lakeview. It was about a 20-30 minute walk from North Halsted. I think it was on a corner and the area was very residential. Which ever neighborhood it was had a bunch of little (maybe green) flags saying the name of the neighborhood all along the streets.
The restaurant had an outdoor seating area and the inside was very visible from outside. A very bright open space and I believe the bar had marble countertops. There was 1 long bar that wrapped around the bartenders, and in that box was a high wall of liquor. We ordered cocktails or wine and ate charcuterie. The food/service was really great, price was on the higher end. We were there in the middle of the day and it was somewhat busy, definitely had a daytime-y vibe.
Thanks so much and advance. I know this is vague. lol
