strange sensations

Does anyone get weird feelings in their body, almost like a background electrical static? Sometimes it gets so bad it feels like my body is vibrating. I feel through my legs, chest, back neck and head. Sometimes it feels like my brain is shaking inside my skull. Does anyone else get this or know what it is?
