Hey guys
I am in so much pain. Idk what mm my chiari is but I was diagnosed 13 yrs ago and have just been toughing it out. Finally got health insurance and I'm waiting on my appt with a neurologist but that's not for months. My GP didn't give me anything for my pain, she said she didn't want to start me on anything that the neurologist would then take me off of or change and that I've "been living with it for this long, what's 6 more months?" Now don't get me wrong, she's wonderful and she's helping me and trying to get me the help that I need, but I need y'all's advice. She diagnosed right side weakness, and I'm noticing significantly more pain on my right side in my back. This pain feels almost like a giant knot, radiating up my neck, down my right arm, and it just burning. The pain gets worse when I take a deep breath, and I'm so frustrated. I took one of those muscle massager things to my whole back to try to work out what felt like a knot, but after an hour full of tears it just didn't help.
Any tips? Anything random you've noticed helps your upper back pain/ neck pain? Y'all get it and I need some insider tips please.
Thanks for always being here.
