Hi I just found out I have chiari because I have been having rapidly accelerating neurological symptoms for about a month and a half.

I have intermittent tingling in my feet, twitching all over my body including head, sharp pains in the back of my neck but no headache, ringing in ears, joint pain, chest pain and a low heart rate. I have one-off symptoms like I had pain in my teeth when I was eating one night and burning sensation in my arm or muscle soreness.

With symptoms being all over the place I have been concerned about if it’s the chiari because they said I don’t have a syrinx and it has me worried about having something life threatening like ALS. Please let me know if you all experience any of these odd symptoms, specifically the twitching, heart rate, muscle soreness and teeth pain. Thoughts are fine too.
