As I noted in a recent post, I was recently found to have an 8mm herniation. Still waiting on follow ups, etc.
I also mentioned in another post that my symptoms sometimes are better, especially lately (though yesterday was worse than it had been). I'm obviously going to ask about POTS too. I don't think I have any of the normal EDS symptoms, etc. But anyhow, I'm rambling.
I know the big thing with chiari is the symptoms are all over the map, and different for everyone. But am I the only one who finds substantial relief as the day wears on? For me, my headaches/dizzineness/neck stiffness symptoms start a bit after waking up, usually peak from 10-4 during the day, but once I'm home from work (sedentary job except I try to walk once every hour or two for about 5-10 minutes), I really find relief. My dizziness and headaches really settle down. I'm not doing anything special. Just lounging around the house.
Anyone else experience something like that? I don't know if it's just because the stress of the work day is wearing off and I'm more relaxed in general, or if this is normal?
