Any resources for how a 1250 ELO can break 1400+?

I’ve been stuck at 1250 for 12 months now. I’ve been struggling. I think my opening fundamentals are a little weak and I’m not the best at end game either. I think I’m mediocre at the mid game though.
Any resources (videos, tutorials, books) which are cheap or free would be preferred. Please comment below or dm me.
