Hey r/chess, I've recently got into following professional chess - both OTB and online. Naturally, I wanted to bet on my favorite players like Rapport and Firouzja or at least bet on Hikaru to win Titled Tuesday like he does every week, but I noticed most events weren't covered by the major sports betting companies.

Obviously, I had to do something about this - that's why I've created the site chessgambet.com. It's currently in the Demo stage with an unpopulated database but I just wanted to know if people would be interested in something like this before investing time into this project!

Edit: It’s pretty clear people don’t like gambling - I was also thinking about making it a non-paying platform where you just predict and there’s a weekly leaderboard with prizes. Guys I just wanted to predict who’s going to win these tournaments :(
