What are some modern popular free ways to learn openings that aren't videos, and aren't the old school book method? (Total beginner on openings.)

Post Body
I don't know any openings past that I should play D4 or E4 and maybe C4 though it's allot weaker than those two, (I'm serious.)
Anyways, I really like tactics and listening to music so I'd rather not spend my time on youtube, so any help would be great in finding a modern approach to openings that's free. :)
