I have been stuck at 1300-1400 for the last 3 months and have been very frustrated. I have been practicing openings, tactics, and other strategies in an attempt to get better but I have had no success. I keep yo-yo ing from 1300-1450 and I have no clue what I should do to get better. Until a couple months ago I had made no real attempt to improve but I started feeling that I was getting outplayed due to better preparation and understanding of the game and that made me change my approach on chess. If anyone was in a similar situation to me would you be able to help me in understanding how you guys broke this plateau?
