Determining approximate ELO from game records - how to go about it?

Post Body
When I was about 7, my grandfather introduced me to chess. We would proceed to have at least two games per day up until I was 16 and before his passing. Those are some of my most fond childhood memories.
Recently, I've found game logs from some of the amateur tournaments he participated in in the 50s and 60s, there's probably around 50-60 games played of 90 minute chess, and so with these, I have two questions about them:
- can I approximate my grandfather's ELO with some tool that I can manually feed the games into and look to get the common unifying rating but also his peak rating?
- my grandfather had a specific style, similar to that pawn dominated EJ Diemer game, his openings were pawn dominated and he was late to introduce his other pieces when playing, also, he wasn't that fond of excessive exchanges. Is there an AI tool that can analyze his game and create a sort-of tendencies model? I know that the sample size is miniscule, but I'd take what I can get
Much appreciated if you find the time to reply!
