The chemtrails conspiracy theory is actually a government psyop, they planted this theory, as well as the faked moon landing and giants conspiracies to distract from the real truths:
they're boiling the ocean using deep-sea furnaces they actually faked the moon as a whole, not just the moon landing AND they are actually artificially adding Neanderthal DNA to newborn babies
