I got a 149 on my GRE Quant. Should I even apply to graduate school?
Post Body

I took the GRE today. I got 160 on my verbal, pretty good for a Puerto Rican in my opinion, but I got a 149 on my Quant. I feel like I should just abandon all hope of ever getting a PhD. I could take it again at the end of October, but part time tutoring job senior year courses boyfriend taking care of my grandmother doing research at another institution, leaves no time for studying for the GRE. I believe that taking it again in October would be a waste of money because of this. I am applying to Ohio State, University of Oregon, University of Illinois Urbana and Emory. I have a 4.0 GPA, have done 3 REU's, but come from an unknown university and have not published. I feel like all odds are against me.
