Looking for learning materials

Hello everyone Im looking for some good starting materials to learn chemistry I’m wanting to at some point go to college to get a degree but due to a number of factors I can’t at the moment and would appreciate any suggestions for books or pdfs to start learning chemistry on my own till I can enroll into college also I was wondering if “the chemistry maths book by Erich Steiner is a good book to learn from. Thank you for any and all suggestion.
