Best way to isolate Sodium Percarbonate

I have oxiclean, which is a mixture of sodium bicarbonate, sodium percarbonate, and some surfactants that are not listed on the MSDS.
Is there a convenient way to isolate the percarbonate, or convert it into another oxidizer?
