For Radon electron diagram, level 3, why isn't it 3s^2 3p^6 3d^10? Why is the level 3 the same (3s^2 3p^6) as the level 2? If you can explain this to me please, i think it will fix the fundamental flaw in my level of perception due to not remembering grade 10 science.
