A case for Frank & Mckenna (and implicitly against De Zerbi & Maresca)

Post Body

Since Thomas Tuchel all the managers we hired have really struggled with communicating to fans & media.

Graham Potter was super conservative in press conferences, especially in adversity when he needed to communicate his decisions more clearly.

Pochettino the same thing, and the language barrier made matters trickier. (But the main culprit was his conservatism)

Im a believer that Thomas Frank and Mckenna would be by far the best choice for manager for this very reason. They can Communicate. No more vague pre and post match conferences where there's unclear or hard to understand answers, or where the coach is keeping all the cards in his pocket.

Chelsea, especially with the new era, really need a leader that can talk to the fan base, in the media and in the stadium. That connection with the fans is super underrated and a big element we've missed since Tuchel. Its what made managers like Conte & Mourinho so beloved too.
