Several years ago I went to school at Valencia college in Orlando Florida for culinary. I bought the knife kit out of the bookstore called chef culinary. The logo is the word chef followed by a picture of a knife followed by a checkerboard pattern and the word cutlery under it. I always, in my mind, thought the knives were German made. Today I am older and want to look up more information about this brand. The kit I got many years ago had everything from a chef knife to a fork and carving knife. I also have a roll of small knifes like paring. If anyone knows more.about this brand or wants to see a picture of the knife set let me know. Maybe thinking of buying another smaller chef knife from them if I can know more Information about them like who makes them and maybe a website. Someone.online said mercer makes chef cutlery but when I look up that brand my knifes don't match those. Also I went to culinary school starting back about 2007 or 2008.
