Asking: $270 shipped. Originally purchased direct from the Shibata factory in japan for $300.

Also willing to trade for a 210mm R2 Shibata gyuto. I find the 240mm is too long for my cooking needs.

Knife details: This is a type III AS 240mm Gyuto. Used a handful of times and has developed a beautiful patina. It was well maintained, always cleaned immediately after use. Comes factory sharpened and is still razor sharp.
