I have for sale a Kohetsu Shinano Blue #2 Gyuto 210mm. I'm moving to a new state so I'm thinning my collection down to the necessities that I use for work. The custom handle is a seven-piece handle made up of a Hybrid Stabilized Maple body, Aluminite ferrule and endcap with Brass and black spacers.

So I don't have any pictures of the MAC Professional Mighty Chef's Knife 9 1/2". I'll add pictures tomorrow once I bring it home. It's got maybe a dozen hours behind it. Too flat for my cutting style. It's basically brand new. I didn't even bother to put my own edge on it, but the out of box edge is not too bad.
