Using Whey to Make Ricotta (Again?)
Post Body

Forgive the noobie question. I searched but didn't see an answer.

After making my cheddar, I reheated the whey to 200F to make ricotta. Separated it out, etc. So a really dumb question. Can I bring the whey back to 200F again and get more ricotta?
