Should I (32/F) cheat on my boyfriend with my married neighbor (54/55/M) whom I have a huge crush on?

We live in Florida and our neighbors are our friends. We’re not THAT close. Like, we don’t chill in each other’s home. We really only hang on the beach in the weekends.

They have a teenage son and their marriage looks legit. They look into each other. But, I don’t know, since maybe one month I can’t stop to feel butterflies in my underbelly when I see him. When we say hi and hug and give two kisses on each other cheeks my knees get weak. And I just so badly want him inside of me. I feel that he wants the same. It’s an energy an emotion that I feel when I look in his eyes.

But look guys. My question is: WHAT do I do? Do I tell him? Do I keep quit? He’s married. I’m in a relationship living together in my bf’s home. I like his wife even. I know it’s wrong. But, we only life once. And if I am indeed right about this sexual connection I feel to him, then we would have the best sex ever. And how can you deny a person that? Right? Or am I wrong?
