I caught my gf (31) cheating after being together for 3 years. Some of the ways I caught her were from her being careless but upon further digging, I found more receipts. Here are some things to check. Granted, having access to his or her phone helps.
- check map location for searches or suggestions
- look at the App Store (Apple) for recent purchases not on phone. It gives you a date of purchase
- go to settings and saved passwords for a list of sites for saved passwords. I found 2 dating sites on there.
- deleted messages. This will keep for 30 days or so.
- sent emails.
