Years ago my wife had a group of male friends she would hang out with and one time she had sex with one of them and told me straight away. I was so upset especially as they all knew about it. She still wanted to be friends with them however did try to avoid situations where the other guy would be present. Anytime she mentions anyone from that group I get triggered and upset, when trying to address this years ago she would just get angry and say to get over it, and they are her friends and stop trying to be controlling so I have been bottling it up but never really dealt with it. Am I over reacting to be feeling pain al the time and even 10 years later still get upset?
