Do I miss toxic relationships?

(22m) I’ve been in numerous toxic relationships that I won’t get into but if you can think of it then it’s probably happened to me. Before I graduated high school I had been in mental hospitals 3 times for trying to off myself because I kept falling in love with girls who would break my heart. Long story short I know have an amazing gf that’s super hot and the perfect wife… so why do I always want to cheat on her. The only downside I can ever think of about this girl is that she doesn’t swallow? I feel like that one thing wouldn’t make me wanna cheat so maybe I miss my toxic relationships?
