Urgent help needed with lootbear.

So I deposited 2 skins into lootbear. I got the steam offer and accepted it but the offer got cancelled from the site but got accepted from steam.But now I can't see any deposits on the website.
I tried to contact support but they ask me to use on site support but I don't see any on the entire page.
Please guide me in the right direction guys. I have grinded hard for these skins.
If this is not the right sub can u guys direct me to the right sub.
