Hello! I've been my boyfriend's keyholder for about a year now, though he's been doing chastity on his own and with others for longer. I usually lock him up for defined periods of time—weeks or a month—but we've recently started doing "indefinite chastity" where I keep him locked, use him, then lock him up again right after.

He said he ideally wants to do this permanently. It appeals to me too, but I'm not sure if it's feasible from a physical standpoint. I'm mainly worried about his comfort and sexual health, so I want to make sure long-term chastity won't mess with his erections or performance. Does anyone here have any experiences with long term chastity (with brief reprieves) like this? Can it be a way of life? What are some things we should keep in mind?
