New here got my first cage

I’ve been thinking about this for a while now. I finally bought one. It came in yesterday tried it on found a good fitting ring (I think). I wore it all night but when I got up this morning, I was too scared to wear it to work. So I work in heavy diesel it’s a lot of up and down crawling under big vehicles in tight places.do u think it would be ok to work in it? Any other advice for a newbie
