Balls slip advice

So it’s as simple as the title suggests . How do I stop my balls from spilling time and again in chastity (even using straps they push in and escape) . I previously had a 50 mm ring but my balls kept on slipping every day so I had downsized to a 45 mm ring . This helped for a couple of weeks before it started to slip out again . Putting on the 45 mm ring is already tight and I did try a 40mm ring it was working but felt like it’s cutting off circulation so doors anyone have any idea about this ?
