Are there any multitasker chastity devices?

So basically, I'm into chastity cages (pun intended), but there are a few body modifications I'm also interested in.

Are there any chastity cages that also work to restore foreskin on circumsized penises over time like some other devices do? Any that will elongate the penis over time, like a traction or weight device? Any urethral stretching cages?

I would be willing to entertain piercings if a multitasker cage requires them.

The only changes I've seen conventional cages do over time is make things shrink and I gotta be honest, I can't afford to go any smaller.
