I just can't stop watching porn and masturbating so today I locked myself back up. Longest I've ever gone was 7 days. It's extremely hard to force myself to stay locked. I have a lock box I use but as soon as the time is up to unlock for cleaning I usually screw it up and masturbate again. Any tips to stop pleasuring myself during clean up days? My masturbation has become a real problem and I need to get it under control. What is a safe amount of time to be locked up without taking it off for cleaning. The longer I can keep it locked the better my chances of not masturbating.
