Need help with sores from cage and strap

I finally got a cage that I can ware without being in constant pain. My old cages always felt like I was being kicked in the balls all day until finally my balls slipped out, but this one is perfect. The only issue I'm having now is the strap is starting to chafe me, and my balls sac keeps creasing. How do I prevent this?
