Hey guys, lurker for a while, first time poster. I just started chastity yesterday. After some difficulty (but not THAT much honestly) I got on my Ternence 1.57 ring (Amazon link below). It went well for most of the day. It was hurting last night so I removed the cage. This morning my balls were a little swollen and hurting so I tried to remove the ring- can’t get it off.

I tried all the usual tricks: soap, cold bath, ice, etc. I just can’t seem to get the swelling down enough to either get one testicle out of push my penis back through. Both my penis and balls are swollen a little beyond normal. I think it’s part extra blood being stuck from the ring, and part irritation from the fumbling and wearing a ring on a freshly shaven package. I think the ring is definitely too small for me under the best of circumstance. Also seems relevant to point out I’m very much a grower, although any increase in size now is definitely NOT related to arousal - effing thing hurts.

Anything else I should try before heading down to the ol ER?
