Is my 50mm base ring still to small?

Hello, i own my metal cage now since about a month (sadly I can’t show which one it is) I’ve got it with a 50mm base ring and it does fit, but after wearing it like for longer than half an hour (which happens very often) the downside of my ballsack start to really hurt. So I was thinking now, are there bigger base rings? Is it maybe because of movement? Or is it maybe because of my ballbusting?
